Hewson Directors Jerry Barnes and Nigel Hewson have been preparing the Concrete Bridge Development Group’s Technical Guide 16 over the past few months, and we’re delighted to announce it has now been published!

TG16 presents the different temporary works used in concrete bridge construction, describing both their design and installation, and their interaction with permanent works.  It’s aimed at permanent works designers, contractors, and temporary works designers, with the intention of highlighting best practice in terms of solutions and procedures, drawing on numerous experts’ extensive experience of concrete bridges around the world.
