The first bridge decks have been successfully installed on the CC2 section of the new Temburong Bridge in Brunei.  The bespoke gantry simultaneously lifts pairs of full span precast decks from barges into position on the pier heads.  Each bridge deck is up to 50m long and weighs up to 870 tonne.

Hewson are the Independant Checking Engineer for the gantry, which was designed and fabricated by Dorman Long Technology, for main contractor Daelim-Swee.
