We’re delighted to welcome the first of our 2026 cohort of summer placement students to our Guildford office! As part of our Student Scholarship Scheme they’ll spend 8 weeks taking part in our internal training programme, giving them a head-start on their Initial Professional Development requirements, and immersed in project work under the guidance of their mentors – all designed to build confidence and put concepts studied during their 1st year into practice.  In summer 2027, after their 2nd academic year, they’ll join us for a 12-month placement, and a further 8-week placement at the end of their 3rd academic year.

Our Student Scholarship Scheme is open to 1st year students from universities around the UK engaged in an integrated Masters degree in civil engineering with industrial placement year, and applications for the Scheme are open between 1st October and 31 December for a summer 2027 start.  You can find out more here.
