Great progress is being made by our client Morgan Sindall at Old Street in London where they are reconfiguring the complex gyratory and upgrading the underground station accesses for TfL. 

A key feature of the project is the new station entrance which will have a green roof.  It is supported from a precast concrete “tree” structure from a central column through the access stairs. 

We devised an erection method and associated temporary works for installing the precision made precast legs and perimeter beam that allowed adjustment on site.  

Our temporary works design was delivered in full 3D BIM which allowed the team to ensure that there were no clashes with the permanent works and that it would all fit together perfectly on site.
