Every summer for as long as we can remember we have hosted university students on paid work experience placements. 

As well as offering them the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects within the office we also ensure that they get a taste of the more practical side of the industry by arranging some site visits. 

This year our students visited two very different sites … The HS2 Phase 1 contract at Euston in London and also the historic Rochester Bridges in Kent. 

We are working on both these sites and our thanks to SCS Railways and Rochester Bridge Trust for arranging the visits and giving our students such an excellent and varied insight into our industry.
